01How do you build the relationship with a couple before the wedding?
We meet for an interview and a test shoot
02What is the first detail you look at when you arrive at a wedding venue?
the Light and how it is falling on the venue where the couple will be seated
03Has the way you photograph changed how you see people or the world?
I have realized that anybody can look great in a photo and I try to capture that moment.
04What part of your work still surprises or moves you the most today?
Seeing the reactions of the couple when they first hold the prints.
05What does being discreet but present mean to you?
It means to always respond to what is happening, but never push the vibe or people
06Which photo do you take at almost every wedding?
The ring shots most definitely And of course the first kiss
07How do you choose what to capture when everything happens very fast?
I stick to the bride and grooms perspective and what they might be seeing or experiencing
08How do you handle families' special requests or traditions?
I am down for that, there is always room for special requests
09How much room do you leave for improvisation in the way you work?
A lot! I love if the day, or the guests and the couple have a great time without schedule. Improvisation ist key for authentic pictures
10What do you do when the weather completely changes the plans?
Go with the flow and suggest possible workarounds. on One wedding it literally didn't stop raining during the day, so i bought transparent umbrellas for the couple shoot and we did it in the rain anyways.
